As Vacation Rental Manager you will access to the use of common technologies (PMS, Channel manager,…) and you will share your properties in the Urban District Apartments portal as well as all the channels connected on 2 ways. This will allow to get more leads and bookings also from other members which do not have availability for the requested dates.

You will have the chance to create your own Urban District Virtual Hotel congregating all your properties. Your profile and identity will be maintained and what make you special, highlighted.

The upload of your properties can be done in one round or steps by steps. The content uploaded will be validated by our team so to harmonize content and format across all the Vacations Rentals managers. As soon as content will be validated you will get notified by email. From there, your properties will be published and distributed to all the major OTAs.
