  – Mission: Create a network of selected Property Managers which share the view to build a chain of professionally managed apartments, under a common brand, operating with a common Quality Standard and providing same customer experience across various urban locations.

  – Aim: Centralize and maximize all the effort on: Digital Marketing, SEO/SEM, Brand management, Social Media management, Revenue/Yield management, Review management, Central Reservation Office and technology innovation, to be able to get Direct Bookings and break the dependency from the major OTAs.

All rentals managers are connected by same technology and share their properties in the provided PMS.  All properties will be listed in the Urban District Apartments’s portal keeping the uniqueness of Host Manager.

All properties are distributed under the same brand to the major OTAs and Agencies.

We have tested a number of channel managers for hotel and for vacation rentals. We have selected the best of channel managers for the distribution to the Hotel OTAs (e.g Booking.com) and the best for the Vacation Rentals OTAs such as Homeaway or Airbnb.

Our PMS has been integrated with 2 channel managers so to grant a 2ways integration with up to 150 channels as below.

All properties are distributed using the Virtual Hotel Model, designed by Urban District, which get the advantages of the Hotel’s distribution concept.
