The vacation rentals industry has become more challenging, competitive and mature. Consolidation is already ongoing and only who is able to use the most advanced technology effectively and on-line marketing will get out of the cloud and increase his revenues.

  – Mission: Create a network of selected Property Managers which share the view to build a chain of professionally managed apartments, under a common brand, operating with a common Quality Standard and providing same customer experience across various urban locations.

All rentals managers are connected by same technology and share their properties in the provided PMS.  All properties will be listed in the Urban District Apartments’s portal keeping the uniqueness of Host Manager.

All properties are distributed under the same brand to the major OTAs and Agencies.

Our PMS has been integrated with 2 channel managers so to grant a 2ways integration with up to 150 channels as below.
